I thought the compressor had gone up on my 2005 Whirlpool refrigerator, and wanted to call a repair person first to make sure before a made a big purchase for a new refrigerator. Bryan came right out (a fortunate opening in his schedule), quickly diagnosed the issue as a condenser fan, ordered the part and made the repair as soon as it came in. Ordered a washing machine from Home Depot. Their installation team installed the pedestal on our washing machine incorrectly, which resulted in excessive vibration throughout our home. The vibration felt like it was rattling the house apart on the second floor. We didn't realize it was installed incorrectly until we filled out a request for service through Home Depot. Home depot connected us to Freedom Appliance Repair. Bryan came out and tackled a pretty difficult situation due to the weight of the machine. He offered to correct the installation problem and I was happy to see he was willing to tackle it. It was a real PAIN. But Bryan got it installed properly as it should have always been. I feel the least I can do to thank him in return for finally fixing our issue...is to provide a review for his company. It is veteran owned, and I hope to see Bryan accomplish everything he desires with the company. I recommend Freedom Appliance Repair. Bryan was absolutely the most laidback & professional repair man ever. He’s respectful & knows exactly what he’s doing. & he had all his tools he needed & even brought his own towels to use. He knew exactly what the issue was to our refrigerator & fixed it. We also had him fix the water line to our refrigerator also. They told us 8AM-10AM & he showed up 9:10AM. Quickly fixed the issue. & said give it 8-10 hours to see a major change. Within just a few hours our refrigerator was working semi back to normal. Here we are 14 hours later & our refrigerator is working like it’s brand new. THANK YOU! You saved our family a few thousand dollars. Instead of having to buy a new refrigerator you fixed our 5 year old refrigerator. I definitely recommend freedom appliance for any appliance repairs. Many thanks to Bryan for coming out on this wet, cold day and assessing my washer situation.  He was honest with me about the problem, letting me know I would be better served with a new washer. Speedy service.  Very knowledgeable repair person.  Friendly, personable, professional.  Fixed the problem (dead dryer).  Very reasonable (in my opinion) charges.  I was extremely pleased with this service.  I have recommended them to others and will definitely use them if (heavens forbid) I need other appliance service.
